As CFO, you will play a critical role in guiding financial strategy, operational growth, forecasting, and long-term business planning while supporting the continued expansion of one of the Midwest’s trusted electrical and infrastructure contractors.

What You’ll Do

· Lead all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting

· Develop strategic financial plans to support company growth

· Oversee accounting, payroll, compliance, and financial controls

· Provide executive leadership with financial insights and business recommendations

· Monitor project profitability and operational performance

· Assist in contract review, risk management, and capital planning

· Build and mentor a strong finance and administrative team

· Collaborate with operations leadership on long-term expansion initiatives

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA or CPA preferred)

· 7+ years of senior financial leadership experience

· Experience in construction, electrical contracting, utilities, or industrial services preferred

· Strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and financial analytics

· Proven leadership and communication skills

· Experience with ERP/accounting systems and operational reporting
